Brits are desperate to get some summer sun this year after the pandemic shut down almost all travel and families were left to stay at home.
But, with the cost of living sky high and gas prices taking any spare cash most of us are looking for ways to go on holiday without shelling out a fortune.
And, travel influencers and flight attendants have revealed one of their favourite ways to bag flights as cheap as possible.
All you have to do is access Google Flights – we know, we hadn’t heard of it either!
Using the trick can get you round trip flights for less than the cost of a taxi – with some flights to and from Milan even costing just £10.
All you need to do is select where you want to fly from – such as London Any or Manchester – and then swap the dates available to ‘flexible”.
A selection of options will show up and you can select a weekend, week long trip for two week trip.
You should also pick where you want to go – either “anywhere”, “Europe”, “Asia” or another country or continent.
This will create a search from your airport to any airports in the selected area with flights out and returning on either side of your trip length all of which are available in the next six months.
And, on a giant map of the world the best deals will pop up in little bubbles that you can select!
When we tried out this hack we saw a round trip with flights one week apart to, and from, Milan for £10 all in.
You could also book a week long round trip to Budapest for £10, Berlin for £28, Dublin for £16 and Barcelona for £35.
You can also head to some of the most popular locations in Europe on the cheap with Porto, in Portugal, Rome and Venice all showing flights for £16.
Over on TikTok, a former flight attendant explained that this is how she bags her cheapest travel.
The travel pro, @hack.travel, said: “I can’t even tell you how much money this has saved me and it’s one of the easiest travel hacks.”
Further afield, flights a week apart to and from New York were £323 all in.
While Las Vegas flights cost £478 and Miami just £358.
Those hoping to head to Asia could bag flights to Dubai for £181 or Tel Aviv-Yafo for £57 while Singapore was listed at £398.
Flights to Sydney come as cheap as £554 at the time we searched while Cancun would set you back £436.
And, when looking at sunny Africa we spotted flights to Marrakesh for £30, Cairo for £240 and Lagos for £352.
Hotels and transfers are not included as the hack only shows you flights.
